SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is complimentary for all orders. Each piece of luggage is made to order, therefore items may take up to 12 weeks to be shipped. Although we make every effort to have your purchase delivered to you as soon as possible, please allow 10 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. Remote addresses may require additional delivery time. For deliveries outside of Canada, additional fees such as customs fees and/or duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. 
 
 

 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are at our sole discretion. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we are making a refund to you we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which we received notice from you that you wished to obtain a refund.
If you wish to obtain a refund because of a defect in the goods you will be refunded in full, provided that we are satisfied that the defect is genuine and that we cannot replace the goods within a reasonable period of time.
Personalized, modified, or bespoke items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing customerservice@christopher-howard.com and provide your order number as well as a detailed description of your reason for return.
All returns must be received by us no later than 14 days after the products are delivered to you.
All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any refunds on items that are scratched, stained, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
